Efficient delivery of much-sought-after beverages in an atmosphere set to a younger crowd. Having been through hundreds of times now it seems undeniable that this business knows what that demographic wants and delivers it extremely well. It's not my cup of tea, but for these youngsters in the under 35 crowd it's quite the phenomenon.
My update is that now that coffee has been added to the mix Lime Red will capture every customer from 3 to 103. Delicious coffee and drinks for all ages! -

The tea is good quality. The atmosphere is relaxed. The management is helpful, direct, and open to customer reviews.
I have been a customer of limered for over 5 years and if you are looking for bubble tea you won't find a better drink anywhere else in Western Mass.
The service at times may be questionable but the over all quality of the tea/food is exceptional. -

I was really disappointed with the peach smoothie I got since it tasted neither sweet nor sour and towards the end, it felt like I was just drinking syrup. Even though this is supposed to be a " peach flavored" smoothie, I could not taste anything that even vaguely reminded me of peach. Instead, it was just the flavorless, weird mush that just sloshed around in my mouth. I had to throw the last bit of my drink away, since whatever sweeteners they put into the drink, sank to the bottom of the cup and made it so unbearably sweet that I started to cough uncontrollably.
The service was not that much better that the smoothie. The servers seemed more interested in gossiping among themselves than making the smoothie. I had to stand there awkwardly in front of the counter, waiting for them to slowly and inefficiently make my drink, only for the server to end up messing up my drink since she was so distracted by her coworker. Instead of fixing her mistake, she asked me if it was I was " okay" with a defective drink and she only reluctantly fixed my drink when I insisted that it was not "okay" to mess up a drink I waited so long for, not that it mattered in the end, since the drink itself was still awful even when it was made " correctly" -

I appreciate every bubble tea place opened in rural or suburban area. They are life savers for people like myself who lives far away from Chinatown with a serious addiction to bubble tea...
We ordered Assam(black tea) milk tea, taro milk tea and passion fruit tea. I asked for 25% sugar which was too bland. 50% should be the best for Asian taste. The Assam tea tasted authentic, not powdered.
I thought of ordering waffles but it didn't look too promising. Price is a bit higher than I expected. Service was good. -

I make it a point to stop in every time I'm in the area. The employees here are great. I was introduced here as a delivery driver. I had no idea what bubble tea even was. It looked weird and I wasn't adventurous. The employees gave me a sample of the boba pearls and I love them! I follow boba things on Instagram now and even own a glass boba straw. I'm so obsessed! They even explained what they are, gave me some history on the tea, and the tapioca pearl cooking process. I do wish they had a reusable cup or bottle but I am glad they do sell reusable straws. I really love this place.
